This website, thingymabobs.com, is operated by THINGYMABOBS ONLINE SHOP ("Thingymabobs," "we," "us," or "our"), a sole proprietorship registered in the Philippines. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colors, sizes, and details may look slightly different depending on your screen, and minor variations between product batches can occur. Some products contain small parts and are not suitable for young children without adult supervision.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers (such as PayPal). We don't store your full card details.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there's an obvious pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy. Orders are fulfilled by our third-party fulfillment partner.

7. Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and our own photos, belongs to Thingymabobs or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this store for anything unlawful, to interfere with its security or operation, or to submit false information when ordering.

9. Disclaimer

Our store and products are provided "as is" and "as available," to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the store will always be available or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thingymabobs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

We use third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment partners, and carriers. Their own terms and policies apply to the services they provide, and we aren't responsible for their acts or omissions beyond what the law requires.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
