Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Free shipping
Standard shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum purchase.
How long it takes
- Processing: 1–3 business days to prepare and pack your order.
- Delivery: 7–15 business days after your order ships.
Our products ship from our fulfillment partner's international warehouse, so please allow extra time during holidays and peak seasons. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking may take 3–5 business days to show updates after the package is handed to the carrier.
Customs and duties
If a carrier ever asks you to pay an unexpected customs or import charge for your order, please contact us before paying so we can help.
Shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We aren't responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. Reshipping such packages will be charged to you.
Late, lost, or damaged packages
